Protection against automated submissions

We use the Cloudflare Turnstile service to protect our online forms against automated submissions (bots). This protection is implemented in two phases:

Phase 1: Protection by failed login attempts

The captcha activates automatically after 3 failed login attempts. It deactivates after 15 minutes of inactivity or 1 hour after resolution.

Phase 2: Risk scoring protection

The system analyzes behavior (attempt speed, User-Agent, IP) and activates the captcha if the risk score exceeds 40/100.

Cloudflare Turnstile characteristics:

• GDPR compliant: No personal data collected
• Privacy-friendly: No tracking cookies
• Adaptive: Only displays when necessary (95% of users never see it)
• Accessible: Compatible with screen readers
• Transparent: Legitimate users are not bothered
• Performant: Modern and fast Cloudflare technology
