Synopsis

Dans un endroit fictif où l'imagination est interdite, un garçon sauve un poisson, ce qui surprend tout le monde en se transformant en sirène. Le garçon est arrêté pour avoir imaginé ce "nonsens", et il est privé de son imagination comme punition.
